After the Nuptials VOGUE Portrait
I believe the most melancholy moment for a bride, is after the wedding when she must take off her beautiful wedding gown, knowing she will never get to wear it again. I, myself, have never felt more beautiful as the day I did on my wedding day in my wedding gown, and I think every bride feels this way. There is much excitement with all the planning, anticipation, parties, showers, etc. and the glorified attention to the bride.
I remember hanging my gown up wishing I had done something more special with my gown and the photos. As a former model, I had wished I had one of the fashion photographers I knew to photograph me in a nontraditional shot, something more VOGUE-like, for a keepsake photo that would stand out and feel Hollywood-like. Now the dress is gone, and years have passed, so I can only create an idea for those who still have their gown.
This is also a fun thing to do for the mother-of-the-bride or mother-of-the-groom, to have a beautiful fun "Vogue" portrait of her in the gown she wore on that special day!
This “After the Nuptials” can also be for the bride who hasn’t had a portrait yet, and just wants to do something fun and different, very "Vogue." Whether you are married yet or not, dare to be different and enjoy some of my creative VOGUE bridal portraits. Perhaps you want one more chance to wear your gown again and show off you can still wear it, this is for you!
This is not just for brides, as it can be for the mother of the groom or bride who didn’t get a beautiful portrait of her in her dress, or for the woman who often attends formal affairs and would love to do something very VOGUE in one of her gowns. I love being creative and I love fashion, so share this with your friends who would love to do something that makes them feel like a supermodel.
